From the famous LA-based design house, this over-printed guipure lace is vibrant, elegant and feminine. The base fabric is a medium weight white lace which is woven into a pretty flower pattern. The over-printed 'floral paradise' design (6" vertical repeat, 18.5" horizontal) has a tropical motif featuring flowers and birds in lemon yellow, flamingo pink, coral red, sunny orange, Caribbean blue, deep purple, leaf green, etc. on a rosy ivory background (PANTONE 14-4816, 15-6432, 12-0643, 11-1404, 17-1658, etc.). It has a cottony drape with some body and no stretch, and is semi-transparent due to the open weave (we photographed this on a white background). It has beautiful, scalloped selvages on both sides, providing many design possibilities at the hem, sleeves and neckline. Perfect for a tunic, scallop-edged separates, skirt, sheath dress, special occasion gown, etc. Some styles may need lining or layering. Dry cleaning recommended.
