Shipping Info

Shipping: All orders ship from Philadelphia, PA USA. Courier options will be displayed at checkout and can change depending on new availability, but most packages will ship by USPS or UPS. Orders typically ship within three business days, but during high volume seasons or promotions and sales, that can increase to a one-week turnaround. Transit times shown at checkout are IN ADDITION to our fulfillment turnaround. We will ALWAYS be in touch if there is any significant delay.

Special-order silks are not stocked at our main warehouse and therefore have a one-week turnaround time. Please be aware that the transit time shown at checkout is IN ADDITION to that one-week period.

The estimated transit times shown at checkout are supplied by the courier, and while they are typically accurate these are not guaranteed delivery dates. If you have a hard deadline, please upgrade your shipping to include guaranteed delivery and bring this to our attention in the "Comments/Special Instructions" field of your shopping cart.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, it will be under the courier's care and company policies. We are happy to help if you need assistance, but please understand that it is no longer in the hands of EOS at that point. Make sure to establish a customer account to stay up to date with your orders and delivery!

Orders with a United States shipping destination totaling more than $250 SHIP FREE! The total must be $250 or more after discounts have been applied, and the customer must upgrade to paid shipping if something more than standard delivery is needed.

Packaging: EOS uses thoughtfully sourced, recycled, recyclable and sustainable materials whenever possible and we are careful to repurpose incoming packaging as well. We use compostable potato starch-based shipping and barcode labels and our inner packaging is made from recycled plastic or curbside recyclable glassine. Our shipping boxes and envelopes are sometimes supplied by the courier but otherwise made from recycled and recyclable products whenever available.

 

Returns: 

Because our fabrics are custom cut and packaged, we do not accept returns except under extenuating circumstances. If you are uncertain about a product, we recommend using our free swatch request system before placing an order. 

If a return is necessary, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uncut and unlaundered with tags on. Contact us for approval before sending a return. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We cannot accept returns/refunds of gift cards or store credits.

Damages and issues
We very carefully inspect every item before sending it out the door, but we are not perfect and unfortunately fabrics are not always perfect either! Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. Contact us immediately if any item is imperfect or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Fabrics sell out quickly around here, and it becomes difficult to offer replacements or substitutions after time goes by.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
