Italian alpaca blend boucle' sweater knit - black/white/metallic silver 1.375 yd

This is a gorgeous alpaca/wool blend boucle' sweater knit from Italian designer deadstock, a lighter medium weight with a slightly open stitching that makes it semi-opaque. It is cozy and soft with lots of texture and variation throughout the horizonal pattern of black, white and metallic silver fibers. The thicker yarns are woven horizontally through a flatter, black knit base layer. The back side is not meant to be seen, but is very soft against the skin. It has about 20% stretch widthwise and 10% lengthwise with a soft drape that has a just a touch of body. Make a lovely cardigan, sweater, shawl, tunic, pullover, etc. Treat as you would any fine wool-based sweater knit. 1.375 yds.
