French lightweight nylon rainwear - bluestone

From French designer deadstock, this is a fantastic and versatile waterproof rainwear fabric, a lightweight synthetic woven that is nearly opaque. It is smooth, with a flat plain weave that looks the same on both sides and it's stable in both directions. There is a bit of crispness in the drape and the color is bluestone (PANTONE 18-4217 is close). An excellent choice for a lightweight rain jacket, trench coat, raincoat, outerwear shell, or line with fleece or our warm back coat lining for use as cold weather (even reversible!) outwear. Machine wash and hang to dry.
