Italian yarn dyed 'animalia' jacquard sweater knit 1.75 yd

From Italian designer deadstock, this yarn-dyed jacquard knit is a softer doubleknit, not as heavy or firm as ponte. The small-scale "animalia" graphic (10" repeat) is knitted in praline and black (PANTONE 16-1334 is close, etc.). The back side is a tweedy m�lange of the two colors, with the same soft texture as the face so your garment may not need lining. Opaque with some body in the drape, it has 10% widthwise stretch and is stable lengthwise. It would be perfect for a tunic, cardigan, pullover, light jacket, sheath dress, skirt, edgy pants, etc. So versatile!
