From deadstock of resort wear designer T0ri Richard, this is a fine quality printed cotton woven, a shirting weight that is nearly opaque with no stretch. It is soft and smooth with a tight weave and cottony body in the drape. The "cerulean scroll" print (14.25" repeat) features a mostly blue palette of cerulean, Dutch blue, parchment, cloud white, etc. (PANTONE 18-3928, 16-4525, 14-1108, 11-0602, etc.). It is perfect for a shirt, top, tunic, summer skirt or sundress, etc. Hand or machine wash cold, hang to dry (please test first).
