From Italian designer deadstock, this is a crinkle-textured viscose micro-plisse' blouse weight woven with a beautiful 'blooms on blue' print (14.25" repeat) featuring flowers in buttermilk, peach, rose, amber, thyme, etc. on a dusty blue background (PANTONE 16-3919, 14-1045, 16-1361, 17-1545, 11-0907, 18-0538, etc.). It's semi-sheer with a soft drape, and is perfect for a drapey blouse, top, tunic, peasant style dress, skirt, etc. Lining or layering may be needed. The pleating expands about 10% widthwise and springs back into place. Dry clean, or test first if you wish to hand wash, and lay flat to dry.
