French glen plaid brushed wool knit coating

This is a very sophisticated brushed wool blend knit, a yarn-dyed glen plaid coating from French designer deadstock. It is a soft, tightly knit classic design (2.25" repeat) in shades of steely grey and black (PANTONE 15-0000, etc.). It is a lighter coating weight and has a body in the drape. The face has a brushed texture while the reverse is a more flat knit. Because of the brushed texture, it is very stable, without stretch. Make a sophisticated and eye-catching jacket, topper coat, poncho, cape, vest, etc. for cool weather. Could be used for either indoor or outdoor garments. Dry clean, or treat as you would any fine wool fabric.
