This is a fabulous cotton blend sweater knit, with a two-tone knit stitch and a versatile medium-light sweater weight. It is semi-opaque with varied texture and thickness of fibers as it transitions between stripes (4.5" repeat). It has a plain knit stitch on the face and purl on the reverse, with about 20% horizontal and 10% vertical "give". The colors are classic black, silvery white and cream. Soft and cozy but not heavy, and easily dressed up or down. Perfect for a drapey cardigan, sweater, pullover, tunic, etc. Hand wash and lay flat to dry (please test first if you wish to try another method).
