organic cotton GOTS pointelle sweater knit

From a wonderful supplier of organic fabrics, this beauty is an organic cotton sweater knit with a lovely pointelle diamond design. Produced in Turkey for a Danish company, the fabric is Oeko-Tex and GOTS certified, assuring organic fibers and non-toxic chemicals and dyes. It is medium-light weight and semi-opaque with about 40% widthwise stretch. It has a soft drape with some body, and the color is a dusty light blue/faded denim (PANTONE 15-4005) with a matte finish. The pointelle texture is visible on both sides. Perfect for a cardigan, pullover, tunic, etc. Hand or machine wash cool, gentle, and lay flat to dry. Do not dry clean, do not tumble dry.
