LA designer creamy white fringed, scalloped fancy lace 2.5 yd

From an LA designer, this very cool fringed lace has scalloped rows of fringe in a 3" vertical and horizontal repeat. The fabric can be cut in either direction (lengthwise or across the width), depending on your aesthetic and pattern design. Both orientations are shown below. The color is creamy white and it is an open lace with a soft drape. Dress up or down! Make a dress, skirt, over-jacket, top, tunic, beach coverup, fancy palazzo pants, etc. Lining or layering will be needed for most designs. Hand wash, hang to dry. 2.5 yds.
