It is opaque and has a soft hand and drape with body. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. The wonderful "seaside gardens" print features decorative bands of flowers, sea life and other designs in shades of pink, blue, aqua, white, yellow, coral, etc. (PANTONE 15-1626, 12-5206, 17-4030, 13-0859, etc.).
