It is classic and sophisticated, a smooth and refined lighter weight micro-tweed in a black a lighter gray mix with a crosshatch look (PANTONE 17-1501 is close to the gray color). A shirt/dress/pants weight with a tight weave, it is opaque with a beautiful drape.
