From a NY designer, and made in Turkey, this fabulous quality 2-way stretch tencel/elastic yarn dyed woven has 20% stretch in the width only. The yarn-dyed little dot graphic design in black and white is modern and versatile. It is SO soft and malleable, yet substantial enough for a variety of garments: jacket, pants, dress, skirt, suit, etc. Dry clean, or pre-wash and dry using the same method you will want to use on your finished garment (please test first!).
