This is a fantastic yarn dyed wool doubleknit made in Italy. One side has a herringbone pattern in off black and white (PANTONE 19-3908), and the other has a more tweedy, obscured version of the pattern which serves as excellent contrast. It is medium weight with a soft drape that has some body, and would make a wonderful cardigan, sweater dress or skirt, tunic, an indoor cozy jersey jacket (a la Kathryn Brenne), etc. It has about 30% widthwise, 15% lengthwise stretch. Dry clean, or treat as you would any fine sweater knit. Lay flat to dry.
