Here's another AMAZING cotton/lycra panel print imported from The Netherlands! First, the quality of the fabric is sublime, soft and substantial, with about 60% stretch in both directions. It is opaque and has a soft hand and drape with body. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. The lovely "candy stripe" print has a 4.75" repeat, and "hand-drawn" stripes in shades of blue, line, mint, pink, dusty lilac and sunshine on a black background (PANTONE 18-4252, 14-0232, 16-1459, etc.).
