Imported from The Netherlands, this is a gorgeous shirt/dress weight cotton poplin woven with a cottony drape. The adorable "Vroom" graphic is great for kids, and features mustard spice, gray and black on a soft white background (PANTONE 14-1041, etc.). Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic dyes or chemicals. The manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash warm, hang or tumble to dry.
