From a CA designer (Dressed to Kil1), this is a wonderful 2-ply black sweater knit, medium weight and opaque, with a soft drape. It has a pattern of horizontal stripes with intermittent "peek-a-boo" areas where the stripes part to show the underlayer. It is very clever, very cool looking, and very versatile! It has about 50% widthwise stretch, and the vertical repeat is about 8.25". It is perfect for sweaters, pullovers, tops, cardigans, etc. Hand wash, lay flat to dry, or test first if you wish to try another method.
