Italian blue/green floral clipped weave brocade

From Italy, this stunning clipped weave jacquard brocade woven is unique and fabulous! It has a glorious decorative floral design (18" vertical repeat) and lots of surface texture with various weaves that add depth and interest. There is a bit of sparkle in some of the fibers, adding a subtle festive dimension. The sheer black base fabric is a poly double organza and the floral colors are gorgeous shades of blue and green (PANTONE 18-4247, 16-5930, 16-1118, etc.). It has a more firm drape, with a mix of opaque and very sheer areas. Make a fancy dress or skirt, jacket or evening coat, kimono, long vest, etc. Lining or layering may be needed. Dry cleaning recommended.
