A masterpiece! What an amazing jacquard weave panel brocade this is, from Italy, over-printed with an impressionistic garden design. The base fabric is white with silver metallic dots that cluster towards the center of each panel and thin out to singular dots towards each end of the panel. The over-printed design looks like an oil painting with a deep aubergine at the bottom of the panel, a palette of reds, blues, greens, yellows and white that gradually becomes a pale aqua towards the top of the panel (PANTONE 12-4607, 17-1744, 19-4150, 12-0736, etc.). It is a medium suiting weight, opaque with body in the drape. It is perfect for a show-stopping tailored jacket, long vest, sheath dress, skirt, kimono jacket, topper coat, etc. Dry cleaning recommended. Sorry, swatches are not available.
