Italian yarn-dyed stripe woven - denim/terracotta

This exquisite Italian viscose yarn-dyed stripe woven has a repeating variable stripe design (6.25" repeat) that runs horizontally, as shown in the photos. It is possible to lay your pattern pieces across the grain (stripes would run vertically on your garment), with the grain, or on the bias, to achieve any number of great looks! The fabric has a twill weave, with shades of denim, terracotta and navy on the face and solid black on the back (PANTONE 18-4027, 17-1347, 19-3908). The surface texture on the face has a subtle slub, while the reverse is very smooth. Beautiful quality!! It is dress weight and opaque, with with more body in the drape when the stripes run vertically, less body in the drape when the stripes run vertically. It has an upscale casual look, and would make a fabulous shirt, tunic, kimono, dress, skirt, pants, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
