From a very famous designer this is an Italian (Ricceri) suiting that has a rustic, slubby look and a crisp drape. It is medium weight and opaque, and would make a wonderful topper coat or jacket. The color is a gorgeous dark orchid (PANTONE 19-2924-ish). Dry clean to preserve the texture. You may wish to experiment (please test first!) with machine-washing to soften it and to embrace the rustic look.
