NY designer border embroidered cotton woven - navy 1.875 yds

From a NY designer, this is a wonderful embroidered eyelet cotton woven in navy (PANTONE 19-3920-ish), a shirting weight with a cottony crisp drape. Both selvages have a floral embroidery that extends into the fabric 15" at the widest points. The fabric is shown both as it comes off the roll as well as turned so that the embroidery is at the hem. You may cut in either direction, with the grain or across the grain. It has a lovely design that is perfect for a skirt, dress, shirt, tunic, etc. Please test first if you wish to hand wash and hang to dry, or dry clean. LAST PIECE, 1.875 yds.
