French metallic jacquard brocade - rouge stripe 2.5 yd

This lovely jacquard brocade, just in with a shipment from a top French mill, has a wonderful antique tapestry look, with graphic stripes in a 17" repeat. The metallic accents give it a precious quality, like something you'd find in a museum! The colors include rouge, citrus, white gold metallic, indigo and mocha (PANTONE 17-1522, 17-1417, 19-4028, etc.). It has some slightly sheer areas in the weave, between the stripes and is medium-light weight with some body/firmness in the drape. It would make a stunning topper jacket or coat, kimono, structured dress or skirt, etc. The reverse shows the same graphic pattern with a lot more metallic--not really meant to be seen.
