This soutache lace from a new supplier is just lovely! Nylon flat ribbons (no stretch) are arranged in a lovely pattern and then sewn together, like an applique' without the backing. It has beautiful finished selvedges on both sides, and I have photographed it on a dark background to show the openness of the lace. Use as a loose overlay, or tack down to another fabric for a fabulous designer look. The possibilities are endless! The color is white. Dry clean or test first if you wish to hand wash.
