From a new shipment just in from Italy, this stunning wool blend tweed has a plaid-ish look in a rough 2.25" repeat, and it is nearly the same on the reverse. It is a suiting weight with a very soft hand and lovely drape with body, a slightly looser weave (yet still opaque) and a glorious and vivid coloring: kiwi, loden, hot pink, carribean, purple, tangerine, white, etc.(PANTONE 13-0645, 18-0820, 17-2230, 16-1459, 17-5130, etc.). It has a mix of thicker and thinner yarns to create a beautiful cloth that can be fringed if you like. It is perfect for a French Chanel-style jacket, suit, skirt, sheath dress, etc. Sophisticated and stunning! Dry cleaning recommended.
