CA designer embroidered border natural cotton voile 1.875 yds

From a CA designer, this is a stunning and unique embroidered cotton voile that is far more pretty in real life! It has a lovely embroidered designer (10.625" v. repeat) along one selvedge that extends 26.75" across the width. The fabric is very lightweight and semi-sheer with a soft drape, and the color is a soft natural off white tone. It is photographed with the selvage oriented "north and south" except for the bottom photo which shows how it comes off the roll. Perfect for a casual summer peasant top, shirt, tunic, dress or skirt (bottoms should be lined, probably with cotton batiste). Turn your pattern pieces so that the embroidery is at the hem of your garment--the drape is the same in either direction. Some styles will need lining or layering.
