From a NY designer, this is a new technology polyester woven that mimics the qualities of silk, and this one is similar to a silk crepe de chine. It's a drapey blouse weight woven, semi-opaque, and a lovely and affordable alternative to silk. Do you think the people in this office building print (41" repeat) know that they've been immortalized in fabric? It is an edgy and conversational print that has kodachrome-like shades of mint, aqua, blue, amber, black and midnight (PANTONE 14-4811, 14-5711, 14-0925, etc.). A versatile weight that would be perfect for a shirt or blouse, top, tunic, kimono jacket, etc. Some styles may need lining or layering. Test first if you would like to hand or machine wash and hang to dry.
