This is a gorgeous stretch velvet, lightweight yet opaque with a liquid drape, and luxuriously soft hand. It has a crushed velvet look, a beautiful sheen and about 60% crosswise stretch. The color is a beautiful dusty bordeaux (PANTONE 19-1521...ish). Make a top, tee, tunic, dress, skirt, cardigan, palazzo pants, etc. for day or evening! Hand wash and hang to dry.
