This is a stretch cotton brushed twill from a NY designer with a navy and white quirky abstract design (PANTONE 19-4025). Wonderful quality, nice medium weight with a cottony drape and a brushed texture on the face, and 25% stretch in the width only. It is backed with a very thin fusible interfacing (this was done by the designer), that does not inhibit the stretch. Perfect for fitted dress, skirt, jacket, jeans, etc. Test first if you wish to machine wash cold, gentle, hang to dry.
