This soutache mesh lace from a NY designer is so pretty, with its black cording applique' on a sheer black mesh ground. It has a 12.5" vertical repeat and about 15% horizontal (mechanical) stretch. Use for any project requiring a drapey-with-body, fancy lace: a top, tunic, dress, skirt, jacket, etc. Lining or layering will be needed for some projects. Dry clean or test first if you wish to hand wash.
