NY designer blue/lav floral border cotton 2.125 yds *flaw*

From a NY designer, this is a fantastic cotton/spandex stretch dressweight woven, medium weight and opaque, with a cottony drape. The floral print runs along one border extending about halfway across the width, with a 23.5" vertical repeat. The colors include lovely shades of blue, lavender, spearmint, navy, etc. on a soft white ground (PANTONE 19-3950, 17-3730, 14-4809, 19-3933, etc.). 15% stretch in the width with great recovery. Great for dresses, skirts, tunic, fitted jacket, capris, culottes, etc. Beautiful quality! Test first if you would like to machine wash and dry (cold water, low heat, separately). MINOR FLAW, 2.125 yds., with some soil along the selvage (on the white side) that will probably wash out.
