This striking "pendulum" jacquard brocade woven is an ornate and striking panel design in black, shades of blue and stone white (PANTONE 13-4308, 18-3922, etc.). Beautiful quality, reversible, with a tight weave, a slight surface texture and body in the drape. Even though it has a good amount of spandex, it does not have much stretch--about 5% in the width only. It is an opaque dress/suiting weight, and is perfect for a fabulous jacket or topper coat, fitted sheath dress, pencil skirt, etc. Manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash, and hang to dry, or dry clean.
