Italian coral red/gold textured floral matelasse'

A spectacular oversized floral matelasse' brocade from Italy, a textured woven with a stunning design of raised flowers (26" repeat) in blush, peach and gold on a coral red ground (PANTONE 18-1651, 13-1013, etc.). It is a dress/suiting weight with a firmer drape, opaque but with a weightless feel and a 2-ply construction. It is perfect for a special jacket or evening coat, sheath dress, skirt, etc. Some of the fibers have a pearlescent sheen. Dry cleaning recommended.
