From E11a Moss, this is a beautiful quality printed viscose twill weave with a soft drape. The 'starry night' design is so pretty, with navy stars on a soft white ground (PANTONE 19-4118). It is a nearly opaque and medium-light weight, a fabulous choice for blouse, top, tunic, dress, skirt, etc. (A dress or skirt may need lining.) Dry cleaning recommended.
