It has a velvety finish on the right side, and a smooth cotton finish on the reverse, and about 20% stretch in the width only. Perfect for a classic fitted jacket, skirt, vest, child's dress coat, etc. Dry clean only, has a definite nap. The color is a stunning plum wine (19-1608).
