From a NY designer, this is a viscose stretch jacquard weave floral with a crepey background texture and raised flowers, drapey with just a bit of body. It is a versatile blouse/dress weight and the colors are ultramarine and black (PANTONE 19-3950). With about 10% stretch in the width only it is perfect for a dress, tunic, skirt, overshirt, drapey wide pants, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
