French flower jacquard brocade - lime/french blue

This lovely cotton blend jacquard brocade, just in with a shipment from a top French mill that weaves for Chane1, is so fresh and modern! The reversible stylized flower design has a 9.5" repeat, in tones of french blue and neon-ish lime, with intermittent lurex stripes (PANTONE 15-0545-ish, 14-4214). It is stable (no stretch) in the width, but has some give (about 10% stretch) in the length, so you may wish to cut your garment across the width. This will make the lurex stripes run vertically on your garment. It is opaque and medium weight with a more firm yet malleable drape, a cottony hand, and would make a wonderful topper jacket or coat, sheath dress, pencil skirt, etc. The reverse shows the same pattern with colors reversed. Dry cleaning recommended.
