NY designer crinkle textured matelasse knit - navy

From a NY designer, this is a stretch matelasse' knit with a crinkled surface texture. The color is dark navy (PANTONE 19-4014-ish), and it is a medium-weight knit, opaque with a soft drape that has some body. It has about 30% stretch in the width, 40% in the length (so you may want to cut your garment across the grain). Make a fabulous fitted tee, top, tunic, dress, skirt, cardigan, leggings, etc. Test first for machine washability, and hang to dry, or dry clean.
