CA designer plisse' look matelasse'- silvery blue 1 yard

This is a wonderful matelasse' weave that has an overlapping plisse'-like texture with 5% stretch in the width only. It is a medium dress weight, opaque with a lovely surface texture and a bit of body in the drape. The color is silvery blue (PANTONE 13-4103). It has an "expensive" look that would be perfect for a sheath or fitted dress, skirt, tunic top, jacket, suit, etc., for an evening out or a special event. Dry cleaning recommended. 1 yard.
