Italian corded weave scribble flower design

From a NY designer, this is an Italian 'corded' weave fabric (meaning it has silvery white cord-like yarns alternating with thin black fibers in the weft, woven through extremely fine off black fibers in the warp). The whispery scribble flower design does not seem to be printed (because the colors reverse on the opposite side) but it truly seems like a magic trick!... I can't see how they achieved this very unique look. SO COOL. The drape is more firm, like a taffeta for instance, and the overall color impression is of gunmetal gray and pearly white. It is semi-sheer and would make a fabulous runway-ready jacket or topper coat, a structured dress or skirt, an overshirt, etc.
