Italian black/ivory/gray cotton blend clipped woven

This is an absolutely exquisite quality Italian cotton blend clipped jacquard graphic woven in black, ivory and gray (PANTONE 11-0107, 16-0000, etc.). It has a cottony drape and the graphic shapes are opaque but the outlines are more sheer. The clipped threads show only on the reverse but they add dimension and interest on the face as well. It is a very complex and dimensional fabric and is quite wonderful in real life! There are some areas that have a twill weave, others that have a checkerboard pattern, some areas are a solid color, others are mixed. It is a dress weight woven, medium-light weight with a crisper drape. It is perfect for a tunic, overshirt, jacket, dress, skirt, etc. Some garments may need lining. Dry cleaning is probably best, but if you wish try to hand or machine wash please test first. Hand to dry.
