A wonderful eveningwear fabric from a NY designer!! The underlayer is a very sheer black honeycomb poly netting, and it's completely embellished with black faux-leather discs, hand-sewn in the pattern you see in the top photo. The sequins have a leathery sheen that give it a more upscale look. Sequins are in this season, so grab a piece of this one! Wonderful drape and movement, perfect for a special event garment, anything from a drapey over-jacket to tunic or top, dress or gown. Dry clean only.
