This is a beautiful quality Italian linen in a beautiful soft navy (PANTONE 19-3928). It is a medium suiting/dress weight, with some crispness to its linen-y drape, almost opaque, and suitable for jackets, slacks, skirt or dress, etc. Dry clean or test first if you want to try machine washing in cold water. Lay flat or hang to dry. It will soften with repeated washings.
