This is a very high quality, beefy 2-way stretch scuba/neoprene doubleknit with a smooth texture, some body in the drape, and about 15% widthwise stretch (but quite stable). The digital print is beautiful, a "flower cascade" print in tones of french blue, pink, minty greens and white (PANTONE 16-4032, 16-2120, 16-5815, etc.).
