From a NY designer, this fabulous scuba-like fabric has a smooth white polyester stretch underlayer, and a viscose lace overlayer in a dark midnight blue-black (PANTONE 19-4010). Overall it has the effect of a lighter weight scuba with 10% widthwise stretch and a textured surface from the lace. The fabric is less stretchy, more stable, due to the two layers, and it is perfect for a sheath dress, tulip-stye dress, skinny pants, a fitted jacket, pencil skirt, etc. Test first if you wish to hand or machine wash, and hang to dry.
