This beauty is a textured poly crepe plisse', backed by the designer with a fusible interfacing for stability, and ready to stitch! The color is navy (PANTONE 19-3928), and it is a dress weight fabric, opaque, with body in the drape. It has an intricately-pleated surface texture with a swirling, grain-like design, and it is stable in both directions. Can go from office to evening and is perfect for tunic, sheath dress, skirt, suit, jacket, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
