This is a cotton blend stretch suiting from a NY designer, totally reversible as shown below. It's a yarn-dyed jacquard weave with 15% widthwise stretch. Fantastic quality, modern, eye-catching! It's a medium weight suiting with body in the drape. The very cool "fizz" design in midnight and snow (PANTONE 19-3908, 11-0601..ish) is perfect for a jacket, tulip style dress, pouffy skirt, suit, skinny jeans, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
