From a NY designer, this is a wonderful poly/cotton blend suiting, a jacquard weave (not a print) with a fresh and modern polkadot pattern, cream dots on a blue-black background (PANTONE 19-4010-ish). It is a medium weight suiting with a more firm and cottony drape. Perfect for structured suiting, jacket, skirt, topper coat, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
