Italian herringbone tweed doubleknit - sesame/cream 1.5 yds

This beauty was made in Italy, a yarn-dyed doubleknit, similar in weight and drape to ponte, opaque with about 15% mechanical stretch in both directions. The herringbone design has a very rich look, with a smooth surface texture looks like a felted boucle', and on the back is a simple tweed that can be used beautifully as contrast. The colors are sesame and cream (PANTONE 15-1215 and 11-0606), a sophisticated color combination that is perfect for an upscale fitted dress, knit jacket or suit, pencil skirt, tunic, pullover, etc. While I don't know the exact fiber percentages, it does have a high wool content.
